Conflicts and Section Headings. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and any other document or statement made to you concerning the Account, this Agreement will govern. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and any other document or statement made to you concerning any services or products other than the Account, the separate terms and conditions applicable to that service or product will govern. Section headings that appear in this Agreement are for convenience purposes only and are intended to help you find information. They should not be construed as affecting the meaning of the Agreement.
