Conflicts in Interpretation. Such Work Order, or any amendments thereto, shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement. However, in the case of a conflict between the Work Order and this Agreement, the terms of the Work Order shall prevail.
Conflicts in Interpretation. The following order of precedence shall be followed in resolving any inconsistencies between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments, Addenda and other documents attached hereto:
(a) first, the terms contained in the body of this Agreement, except where a Procurement Document specifically identifies a Section(s) of this Agreement and expressly states that a conflicting term in such Procurement Document will take precedence;
(b) second, the terms of the Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Addenda to this Agreement (excluding Procurement Documents attached as part of any Schedule, Exhibit, Attachment or Addendum which, for purposes of precedent, shall be treated as set forth in subsection (c) below), except where a Procurement Document specifically identifies a term in a Schedule, Exhibit, Attachment or Addendum to this Agreement and expressly states that a conflicting term in such Procurement Document will take precedence, provided that no order of precedence shall be applied among such Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Addenda;
(c) third, the terms of any Procurement Document, including all Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Addenda thereto (but excluding any Supplier responses to a MetroPCS request for proposal or request for information, which, for purposes of precedent, shall be treated as set forth in subsection (e) below), except where a Procurement Document specifically identifies a Section(s) of this Agreement and expressly states that a conflicting term in such Procurement Document will take precedence (in which case the terms of the foregoing subsection (a) shall apply), provided that no order of precedence shall be applied among such Procurement Documents;
(d) fourth, the terms of any Purchase Order signed and issued by MetroPCS, a MetroPCS Affiliate or a Designated Entity and accepted by Supplier, including all Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Addenda thereto;
(e) fifth, Supplier’s response, if any, to a MetroPCS, MetroPCS Affiliate or Designated Entity request for proposal or request for information, which response shall be incorporated as part of the applicable Procurement Document by this reference unless specified otherwise in the applicable Procurement Document; and
Conflicts in Interpretation. The following order of precedence shall be followed in resolving any conflicts between the terms of this Agreement:
(a) first, the terms of any Service Addendum or Statement of Work, including all Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Addenda thereto, provided that no order of precedence shall be applied among such Service Addenda or Statements of Work;
(b) second, the terms contained in the body of the Terms and Conditions; and
(c) third, the terms contained in the Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Addenda to the Terms and Conditions (excluding Service Addenda attached as part of Exhibit 1 and Statements of Work, which, for purposes of precedent, shall be treated as set forth in subsection (a) above), provided that no order of precedence shall be applied among such Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Addenda.
Conflicts in Interpretation. The following order of precedence shall be followed in resolving any inconsistencies between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments, Addenda and other documents attached hereto: (a) first, the terms contained in the body of this Agreement; and (b) second, the terms of the Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Addenda to this Agreement, provided that no order of precedence shall be applied among such Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Addenda.
Conflicts in Interpretation. If there are inconsistencies or conflicts between the terms of the body of this Agreement and the terms of any exhibits, attachments, addenda, and other documents attached to or incorporated by reference in this Agreement, the order of precedence is as follows: (a) the terms contained in the body of this Agreement; (b) the terms of the exhibits, attachments, and addenda to this Agreement; and (c) the Documentation.
Conflicts in Interpretation. 6 In the event of conflict in interpretation by the parties of the provisions contained in the numbered sections of this Agreement and the provisions contained in the Attachments hereto, the provisions of

In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any other agreement between the Company on the one hand and Manager on the other hand, relating to the incurrence or payment of Management Fees or Actual Expenses, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
Conflicts in Interpretation. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Quality Agreement and the applicable Product Exhibit, unless otherwise expressly stated, the following shall be the order of precedence: (a) Agreement; (b) Quality Agreement; and (c) Product Exhibit, except for all matters pertaining to, or governed by, GMPs, the provisions of the Quality Agreement will prevail.
Conflicts in Interpretation. In the event of any conflict between this License Agreement and the Contract, the County shall have the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to determine which document shall control.
Conflicts in Interpretation. The following order of precedence shall be followed in resolving any inconsistencies between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any Exhibits: first, the terms contained in the body of this Agreement; and second, the terms of the Exhibits in the order listed below.
