Demonstration Copies. 9.1 RTSW will provide the Reseller, free of charge, with 1 (One) RTU Demonstration Copy, which shall be Watermarked and which shall be timed to terminate on the date that this Agreement terminates. The Reseller will not resell or supply that copy to any third party. If the Reseller wishes to acquire additional Demonstration Copies, it may request these from RTSW and RTSW, if it considers it reasonably necessary for the Reseller to have those extra Demonstration Copies, supply them to the Reseller at the price of £1000 plus VAT for each additional copy. Additional copies for Demonstration purposes will also be Watermarked and set to timeout on the date of termination of this Agreement.
9.2 The Dealer may use the Demonstration Copies only to demonstrate the Software to any bona fide prospective End User.
Demonstration Copies. During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Pumatech a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free license in the Territory to use and reproduce Demonstration Copies solely for purposes of providing demonstrations of the Programs to potential customers (whether reseller or End User), and to grant the same rights to Distributors. Demonstration Copies may not be transferred, distributed or sublicensed to third parties (other than as set forth herein) or used for development, support or production purposes. The Pumatech or Distributor representative shall not leave the Demonstration Copy unattended at the Demonstration site and shall remove and retain any Demonstration Copies used at a site other than Pumatech’s or Distributor’s facilities.
Demonstration Copies. Upon request, PetCARE TV will supply demonstration copies of the Monthly DVD Magazine and Welcome Home DVD free of charge to BUTLER for its staff and markexxxx representatives to use at product exhibitions and hospital visits.
Demonstration Copies. Distributor may use Products provided hereunder for internal use as demonstration copies, in such number and on such terms as Seagate Software may allow from time to time. In such event, Distributor shall comply with and be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Software License included with the Product so used. Distributor shall not resell, lease, rent, or license any Product used as a demonstration copy. Distributor acknowledges that it will not need to decompile the Products or adapt them to any other software in order to use them for the limited demonstration purposes contemplated herein.
Demonstration Copies. Citrix has the right to provide Demonstration Copies of the Product, consistent with the terms of SECTION 2.1.3, as determined by Citrix in its sole discretion. Such Demonstration Copies shall be provided without the imposition of any royalties, fees or charges of any kind.
Demonstration Copies. PHON-NET will provide 5 samples licenses for demonstration purposes for the term of this agreement.
Demonstration Copies. SalesLogix shall provide Business Partner with a demonstration copy of each of the Licensed Materials currently on SalesLogix's retail price list. From time to time, SalesLogix may provide to Business Partner additional sample copies of new versions of the Licensed Materials. Business Partner may copy and distribute these demonstration copies at no charge to Customers solely for demonstration and sales purposes. All demonstration copies will be in some way limited versions of the Licensed Materials and may not be represented or sold by the Business Partner as the actual Licensed Materials.
Demonstration Copies. ONYX shall promptly provide Distributor, copy(ies) of each Product(s) accompanied by demonstration instructions, for Distributor's use in marketing, demonstration, training, Maintenance, and support. Distributor shall pay ONYX an amount equal to ONYX's reasonable cost of supply for producing & shipping any Product(s) or documentation. Distributor shall not make any additional copies of Product(s), other than provided for in this Agreement, without the prior written permission of ONYX.
Demonstration Copies. FWI will provide Distributor with demonstration copies of each Product, free of charge, solely for use by Distributor personnel in connection with performing its obligations under this Agreement. These copies may not be sold, licensed or modified.
Demonstration Copies. ADNAS will control and limit or cause to be controlled and limited the use of the Demonstration Copies for the specific purposes authorized in Section 2.1.
