CONFORMANCE TO MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS GUIDELINES. Manager must conform to the Marketing Communications Guidelines in connection with the marketing, promotion, advertisement, distribution, lease and sale of any of the Sprint PCS Products and Services. The Marketing Communications Guidelines in effect as of the date of this agreement are attached as Exhibit 5.2. Sprint and Sprint Spectrum may amend the Marketing Communications Guidelines from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Trademark License Agreements.
