Connecting Transmission Owner shall maintain its transmission facilities and Attachment Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this Agreement. Connecting Transmission Owner shall be responsible for all operating and maintenance expenses for the New York State side of the Point of Interconnection.
