Connection Charges and Additional Capital Charges. The City shall charge and the Developer shall pay $336,887.22 per building for capital connection charges for Buildings A, D, and C, for 6-inch meters for domestic water service and sewer service in accordance with Exhibit G, together with the physical tap and meters fees in accordance with then existing rates applicable in the City. Eight-inch fire service connections shall be separate and are not subject to capital connection charges.

Connection Charges and Additional Capital Charges. The City shall charge and the Developer shall pay all water and sewer connection charges and additional capital charges for each water main and sanitary sewer connection made on the project in accordance with Exhibit E. The actual Additional Capital Charges are to be established pursuant to Sections 46-5 and 46-7 of the City Code and subject to actual construction costs but shall not exceed the amounts in Exhibit E.
Connection Charges and Additional Capital Charges. The City shall charge the Developer $660,000 for utility tap fees, water and sewer or other utility connection charges and additional capital charges for Buildings A1, A2, B1 and B3, all as more fully described in Exhibit F.

  • Service Fees and Additional Charges Any applicable fees will be charged regardless of whether the Service was used during the billing cycle. There may be a charge for additional transactions and other optional services. You agree to pay such charges and authorize the Service to deduct the calculated amount from your designated Billing Account for these amounts and any additional charges that may be incurred by you. Any financial fees associated with your standard deposit accounts will continue to apply. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, such allocation and spreading shall be effected in such a manner that the rate of interest so computed is uniform throughout the stated term of this Note.

  • Paying Electricity Charges pay for electricity and other utilities consumed in or relating to the Said Flat And Appurtenances.

  • Direct Charges To the extent Cash-based Expenses are incurred by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary actual direct costs incurred (e.g., equipment, supplies, travel and other costs directly associated with the performance of the Agreement) to the extent required in the performance of the Work and to the extent such costs are anticipated in the Budget. Travel, lodging, meals and incidental expenses shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary costs incurred. Costs shall not exceed the daily per diem rates published in the Federal Travel Regulations. Reimbursement for the use of personal vehicles shall be limited to the Internal Revenue Service business standard mileage rate in effect at the time the expense was incurred.
