Water and Sewer Sample Clauses
Water and Sewer. Landlord shall furnish a minimum of one (1), one inch (1”) cold water supply and one (1), four inch (4”) waste water line to the Premises per Landlord’s plans. Tenant is responsible for stubbing access to both the supply and waste lines.
Water and Sewer. Water and sewer services are included in the Monthly Rent, except at the following addresses where Tenant must contract independently for services: 0000 0xx Xxxxxx, 0000 0xx Xxxxxx, 0000 0xx Xxxxxx, 0000 0xx Xxxxxx, 0000 0xx Xxxxxx, and 0000 0xx Xxxxxx.
Water and Sewer. The cost of water and sanitary sewer for usage in the Shopping Center shall be included in Common Area Maintenance Expenses, except for food service tenants which may be billed directly by Landlord or by the supplier of water and sanitary service and any other tenants which are billed directly by Landlord or such supplier. Landlord reserves the right to install a water meter in the Leased Premises at any time or from time to time to measure Tenant's consumption of water therein and bill Tenant directly for the cost xx xuch consumption. Tenant shall pay, as additional rent, the amount of each bill within fifteen (15) days after xxxh bill is rendered.

Tenant at these addresses will contract for water and sewer services through the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. The University will charge the Tenant for any water and sewer xxxx paid on the Tenant’s behalf. Tenant shall pay the University an additional $40.00 fee for each month, or portion of a month, that Tenant fails to obtain such services. Tenant must retain water and sewer services until expiration or termination of this Agreement. Tenant is responsible for discontinuing water and sewer services upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Water and Sewer. Cold and hot water at standard Building --------------- temperatures will be available for ordinary drinking, cleaning, sanitary and lavatory purposes.
Water and Sewer. Water and sewer services shall be provided by SACWSD and shall be agreed upon with SACWSD prior to development of the Property as a condition of development. The Owner must secure adequate water and sewer services and may be required to enter into a Water Resources Agreement with SACWSD to meet the contemplated requirements of the applicant’s development prior to City approval of any development application. No development application shall receive approval from the City until such requirements have been met. Adequacy of water and sewer services shall be determined by the City and SACWSD. Future changes to the proposed development may require an amendment to the Water Resources Agreement in which event adequate water resources must be secured by the Owner prior to City approval of any permits for development. Water and sewer services must be obtained in accordance with the rules and regulations of SACWSD as the same exist at the time application is made to SACWSD for water and sewer services.
Water and Sewer. Landlord shall cause water and sewer to be supplied to the Building. Landlord shall reasonably and equitably allocate the portion of such utilities attributable to Tenant’s direct use to Tenant, and Tenant shall pay for the costs of such direct use, within thirty (30) days after demand and as Additional Rent under this Lease (and not as part of the Operating Expenses), and other water and sewer costs shall be reasonably and equitably included as part of Operating Expenses, to the extent permitted by the terms of Section 4.2.4 above or charged directly to other tenants of the Building. Landlord shall designate the utility providers from time to time.
Water and Sewer. Cold and hot water at standard Building temperatures will be available for ordinary drinking, cleaning, sanitary, lavatory and laboratory purposes. Landlord may install a water meter at Landlord’s expense and thereby measure Tenant’s water consumption. Tenant shall pay Landlord, as Additional Rent, within thirty (30) days after invoice the cost of all water consumption so metered, including without limitation any and all sewer rents, taxes or levies assessed by any governmental authority or utility in connection with metered consumption. Such meter and installation equipment shall be maintained in good working order and repair at Tenant’s expense. Any water or sewer services charged directly to other tenants of the Building shall not be included in Operating Costs.
Water and Sewer. Landlord agrees to provide municipally supplied cold water and sewer services to the Common Areas for lavatory purposes.
Water and Sewer. The house is on the town water and sewer systems. The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged damages of up to $500.
