Connection with the Inter-Connection Facilities. 6.1.1 The TSP shall give the RLDC(s), CTU/ STU, as the case may be, the Long Term Transmission Customers and any other agencies as required at least sixty (60) days advance written notice of the date on which it intends to connect an Element of the Project, which date shall be not earlier than its Scheduled COD or Schedule COD extended as per Article 4.4.1 of this Agreement, unless the Lead Long Term Transmission Customer otherwise agrees.
