Consent of Landlord and Tenant. In the event of the failure of Landlord or Tenant to give any consent or approval required herein, if it is either provided herein or held to be that any such consent or approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, the requesting party shall be entitled to seek specific performance at law and shall have such other remedies as are reserved to it under this Lease, but in no event shall Landlord or Tenant be responsible for damages to anyone for such failure to give consent or approval.

Consent of Landlord and Tenant. Unless specified otherwise herein and except for consents or approvals for which a specific standard is expressly set forth herein (such as “not unreasonably withheld”, “sole discretion”, etc.) and specific provisions which describe the issues which may be considered when making or withholding approval (for example, Permitted Tenant Transferee, etc.), Landlord’s consent to any request of Tenant shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed and Tenant’s consent to any request of Landlord shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

If unreasonable in withholding any such consent or approval, the question shall be resolved in the manner provided in Article 11 hereof.
