Consent of Mortgagees. Neither Owner or Manager shall modify, amend or supplement this Agreement, without, in each instance, the consent of any Mortgagee(s), which consent may be granted or withheld in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents, and any attempted modification, amendment or supplement without the consent of any Mortgagee(s) as provided herein shall be void ab initio.

Consent of Mortgagees. The Municipality agrees to obtain from each and every prior mortgagee, trustee, or encumbrancer of the Municipality Lands a written agreement consenting to the grants of rights of way and easements hereinbefore provided and postponing and subordinating the rights of each such mortgagee, trustee or encumbrancer to this Agreement and to the rights of way and easements hereby created and granted and to obtain from every prior and future mortgagee, trustee or encumbrancer a covenant in substantially the form of Schedule C.
Consent of Mortgagees. Pennsy and AES shall each obtain, without charge to the other, the written consent to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein, in a form reasonably satisfactory to the other party, from any mortgagee or other party holding a lien on the respective properties of Pennsy and AES. The foregoing consent shall be delivered to the requesting party within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Agreement.
Consent of Mortgagees. Sublessor hereby agrees to use reasonable efforts to induce any existing mortgagees holding mortgages encumbering upon the Premises to enter into an agreement with the Sublessee, by instrument in recordable form, to the effect that, in the event of default under such mortgage or of foreclosure or other enforcement thereof, such mortgagee and its successors and assigns and any purchasers at foreclosure sale will be bound as Sublessor by all the terms of this lease, and will recognize and accept Sublessee its successors, assignees or sublessees hereunder as the "Sublessee" under this lease provided that Sublessee shall not be in default under the terms and provisions of this lease beyond any time given Sublessee in this lease or by law or otherwise to cure the default in question.
Consent of Mortgagees. In accordance with Section 34 of the Condominium Act, except as set forth herein or in the Bylaws, the consent of those parties who hold mortgages on any Unit is expressly not required for the consent or approval of the respective Unit Owner to be effective under any section or provision of the Condominium Instruments.
