Consent of Spouse/Domestic Partner. If the Participant has a spouse or domestic partner as of the date of this Agreement, the Participant’s spouse or domestic partner shall execute a Consent of Spouse/Domestic Partner in the form of Exhibit A hereto, effective as of the date hereof. Such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse or domestic partner any rights in the Granted Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If the Participant subsequent to the date hereof, marries, remarries or applies to the Company for domestic partner benefits, the Participant shall, not later than 60 days thereafter, obtain his or her new spouse/domestic partner’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by having such spouse/domestic partner execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse/Domestic Partner in the form of Exhibit A.

Consent of Spouse/Domestic Partner. Optionee agrees that Optionee’s spouse’s or domestic partner’s interest in the Option is subject to this Award Agreement and such spouse or domestic partner is irrevocably bound by the terms and conditions of this Award Agreement. Optionee agrees that all community property interests of Optionee and Optionee’s spouse or domestic partner in the Option, if any, shall similarly be bound by this Award Agreement. Optionee agrees that this Award Agreement is binding upon Optionee’s and Optionee’s spouse’s or domestic partner’s executors, administrators, heirs and assigns. Optionee represents and warrants to the Company that Optionee has the authority to bind Optionee’s spouse/domestic partner with respect to the Option. Optionee agrees to execute and deliver such documents as may be necessary to carry out the intent of this Section 10 and the consent of Optionee’s spouse/domestic partner.

Consent of Spouse/Domestic Partner. If Grantee is married on the date of this Agreement, Grantee’s spouse or domestic partner shall execute a Consent of Spouse/Domestic Partner in the form attached hereto as Attachment 1 hereto (a “Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof. Such Consent of Spouse shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse or domestic partner any rights in the Shares that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or by agreement of the parties. If Grantee should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, Grantee shall within 30 days thereafter obtain his or her new spouse or domestic partner’s acknowledgment of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by signing a Consent of Spouse.

Consent of Spouse/Domestic Partner. I, the Grantee, acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Agreement and represent that I am familiar with the terms and provisions thereof, and hereby accept this Award subject to all of the terms and provisions of the Agreement. I hereby agree to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the Committee upon any questions arising under the Agreement.

  • Domestic Partner An employee may elect to cover a Registered Domestic Partner or Non-registered domestic partner under the County’s health, dental or vision plans. To cover a Registered Domestic Partner, the employee must submit a copy of the State Registration Certificate to Employee Benefits. Any premium paid by the County on behalf of the Registered Domestic Partner or the Registered Domestic Partner’s dependent(s) will be considered taxable income for Federal taxes pursuant to the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code but will not be considered taxable income for State taxes, pursuant to the California Revenue and Taxation Code. To cover a Non-registered domestic partner or the non- registered domestic partner’s dependent(s), the employee must meet and agree to the specifications set forth on an “Affidavit for Enrollment of Domestic Partners.” The employee must submit the affidavit to the Employee Benefits Division of the Department of Human Resources. Any premium paid by the County on behalf of the domestic partner or the domestic partner’s dependent(s) shall be considered taxable income for Federal and State taxes to the employee with domestic partner coverage pursuant to the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and the California Revenue and Taxation Code.

  • Spouse The spouse of an eligible employee (if legally married under Minnesota law). For the purposes of health insurance coverage, if that spouse works full-time for an organization employing more than one hundred (100) people and elects to receive either credits or cash (1) in place of health insurance or health coverage or (2) in addition to a health plan with a seven hundred and fifty dollar ($750) or greater deductible through his/her employing organization, he/she is not eligible to be a covered dependent for the purposes of this Article. If both spouses work for the State or another organization participating in the State's Group Insurance Program, neither spouse may be covered as a dependent by the other, unless one spouse is not eligible for a full Employer Contribution as defined in Section 3A. Effective January 1, 2015 if both spouses work for the State or another organization participating in the State’s Group Insurance Program, a spouse may be covered as a dependent by the other.

  • Domestic Partners; Spouses; Gender Discrimination If the Contract Amount is $100,000 or more, Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with PCC 10295.3, which places limitations on contracts with contractors who discriminate in the provision of benefits regarding marital or domestic partner status.

  • Spousal Consent If any individual Stockholder is married on the date of this Agreement, such Stockholder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a consent of spouse in the form of Exhibit B hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof.
