Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, each Entrant further assigns any and all rights he or she may have over his or her Entry to the Houston Rockets and Sponsor without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind.

Each Entrant further agrees and consents to the editing, modification, replication, publication and/or other use of the names, likenesses, photographs, voices, Video Submissions, Entries, and the like of each Entrant in any media now existing or subsequently developed, including without limitation, the Houston Rockets website and in any and all advertising, promotions, and other publicity conducted by Sponsor, the Houston Rockets, and/or the NBA and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective partners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, governors, employees, and agents, except where prohibited by law. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, each Entrant further assigns any and all rights he or she may have over his or her Entry and the Video Submission to the Houston Rockets and Sponsor without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind.

Entrants may withdraw personal data upon request; however, Entrant will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn prior to the determination of the Winner and fulfillment of the Prize. Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes consent for Sponsor to use Entrant’s personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding the Prize, unless Entrant has opted to receive e-mail communications from Sponsor.

Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, each Entrant further assigns any and all rights he or she may have over his or her Entry and the Submission to the Houston Rockets and Sponsor without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind and waives its moral rights in the Entry, in favor of the Houston Rockets and Sponsor and each of their successors, assigns, licensees, representatives, agents, and those acting at their direction. Each Entrant agrees to take, at Xxxxxxx's expense, any further action (including, without limitation, execution of affidavits and other documents) reasonably requested by the Houston Rockets or Sponsor to effect, perfect or confirm the Houston Rockets’ or Sponsor’s rights as set forth in this paragraph. The Houston Rockets and the Sponsor respect each Entrant’s right to privacy. Personal information collected from Entrants will only be used to administer the Contest and, only if consent is actively given at the time of entry, to provide Entrants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events from the Contest Sponsor.
