The Prize Sample Clauses

The Prize. 3.1. There will be one winner of the prize draw. 3.2. The prize is as stated on the deal page that links to these terms and conditions. 3.3. The prize is non-transferrable 3.4. You are not entitled to obtain another product or cash alternative from us. 3.5 Should Groupon Travel be unable to provide the prize as listed it reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value.

The Prize. 6.1. The shortlisted and winning Entries may be used as art installations in various locations within the new University of Wollongong in Dubai campus. 6.2. The Prizes pool features: (a) The total worth of the Prize pool will be $4000 AUD. (b) There will be 15 Entrants shortlisted, who will receive $100 AUD or its equivalent in UAE Dirhams per shortlisted Entry. (c) There will be 5 winners who will receive $500 AUD or its equivalent in UAE Dirhams per winning Entry 6.3. All 15 shortlisted artwork submissions will be revealed at a dedicated launch event at the University of Wollongong in Dubai, hosted by the judging panel in June 2020 and the 5 winning artworks will be revealed and awarded on the night. 6.4. Prizes are not transferable and are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner. UOWD excludes any warranties in connection with any Prize to the extent permitted by law.

The Prize. 4.1 The Prize is a £50 amazon voucher (or local equivalent applicable to your Territory, for example €50 or $50). (“Prize”). 4.2 There is one instance of the Prize available to be won in each Territory. 4.3 We have the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative, provided that any substitution shall be of equal or greater value. If you are a winner of the Prize, you cannot request an alternative prize or a cash alternative. 4.4 The Prize is provided by a third party and is subject to any terms and conditions as notified to you by such third party.

The Prize. The winning Contestant will receive the following prize (the “Prize”): Two (2) tickets – the winner and up to three (1) guests (collectively, the “Group”) to the November 17, 2018 Xxxx Sound Attack game at The Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Arena in Xxxx Sound, Ontario as well a commemorative jersey. The potential winner will be notified by phone, mail, or email.

The Prize. Following the award decision, the selected Applicants will be offered to sign the Award Agreement. The Award Agreement, among others, contains the final Project Plan and Project Budget that is not necessarily the same as the one the Applicant submitted, resulting from negotiations with Applicant. Prior to contract signature, UNDP and successful applicants will agree on specific activities, outputs, and timetables for the innovation. Before signing of the Award Agreement, the Applicant must send all required documentation. Awarding is done under the general provisions of the Award Agreement, and the payment is done based on UNDP rules.

The Prize. 5.1. You can win the following prizes: 5.1.1. Grand prize: one winner will be selected as the grand prize winner for the Competition which includes a trip for a family of 4 to Disneyland Paris, including holiday visas, passports, return flights, accommodation for 5 nights and spending money and tickets to Disneyland Xxxxx xxxxx daily.

The Prize. Ten (10) prize winners will win a pair of grandstand tickets to the 2019 New York E Prix Saturday, July 13 race.

The Prize. 4.1 Subject to paragraph 4.3, the prize is for: (1) one person to travel by economy return flights from your local UK airport (or such other method of transport as determined by Sage based on your location) to Heathrow airport;
