Consent Standards. Unless expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, any consent, determination, election or approval required to be obtained, or permitted to be given, by or on behalf of either Party under this Agreement will be given, withheld or made (as the case may be) by such Party in the exercise of such Party’s commercially reasonable discretion and within a commercially reasonable period of time.
