Common use of Consent to Use Customer Data Clause in Contracts

Consent to Use Customer Data. Customer hereby grants a limited right to use Customer Data: (a) to CiteRight, its Subcontractors and CiteRight Personnel only to the extent necessary to perform the CiteRight Services pursuant to this Agreement. Such rights include the rights to display and distribute Customer Data and to modify (for technical purposes, e.g., making sure content is viewable on smartphones as well as computers and other devices) and reproduce such Customer Data to enable CiteRight to operate the CiteRight Service; and
