Consents, Approvals, Licenses and Permits. Prior to the commencement of Services and as necessary during the performance of the Services, Client shall obtain all consents, approvals, licenses, permits, and other Governmental Approvals necessary for the Project and for the performance of the Services. The items required by Client pursuant to this Section 4.6 shall be furnished at Client’s expense, and Engineer shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy and completeness thereof.
