Consequence of the Extension. 9.5. If case of extension of the Production Phase, under paragraphs 9.3 or 9.4, the Parties shall remain bound by the exact terms and conditions of this Agreement, except for, exclusively, any amendments agreed due to and for the purposes of such extension.

Consequence of the Extension. If the extension of the Production Phase takes place, in accordance with paragraphs 9.3 1.3 or 9.4 1.4, the Parties will still be bound by the exact terms and conditions of this Contract, except exclusively made to eventual amendments agreed due to and for the purposes of such extension. At the end of the production phase, will be applied, mutatis mutandis, the said paragraphs 9.3 1.3 or 9.4 1.4.1, for the purposes of a possible new extension.
