Territorial Extension Sample Clauses

Territorial ExtensionAt the time of signature of this Agreement, or at any time thereafter, the provisions of this Agreement may be extended to such territories for whose international relations the Government of the United Kingdom are responsible as may be agreed between the Contracting Parties in an Exchange of Notes.
Territorial Extension. This Agreement shall not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The provisions of this Agreement may be extended to the Faroe Islands and Greenland as may be agreed between the Contracting Parties in an Exchange of Notes.

The termination by Singapore or New Zealand of this Agreement under Article 24 shall, unless otherwise expressly agreed by both Contracting States, terminate the application of this Agreement to any Territory to which it has been extended under this Article.

Any such extension shall take effect from such date and subject to such modifications and conditions, including conditions as to termination, as may be specified and agreed between the Contracting States in notes to be exchanged through diplomatic channels or in any other manner in accordance with their constitutional procedures. 2. Unless otherwise agreed by both Contracting States, the termination of the Convention by one of them under Article 27 shall also terminate, in the manner provided for in that Article, the application of the Convention to any part of the territory of the Contracting States to which it has been extended under this Article.

Any such extension shall take effect from such date and subject to such modifications and conditions, including conditions as to termination, as may be specified and agreed between the Contracting States in notes to be exchanged through diplomatic channels or in any other manner in accordance with their constitutional procedures. 2. Unless otherwise agreed by both Contracting States, the denunciation of the Agreement by one of them under Article 31 shall terminate, in the manner provided for in that Article, the application of the Agreement to any territory to which it has been extended under this Article.
