Consequences of Non-Payment. If any sum due and payable by the Parent or any Obligor under this Agreement is not paid on the due date therefor in accordance with the provisions of Clause 33 (Payments) or if any sum due and payable by an Obligor pursuant to a judgment of any court in connection with this Agreement is not paid on the date of such judgment, the period beginning on such due date or, as the case may be, the date of such judgment and ending on the Business Day on which the obligation of such Obligor to pay the Unpaid Sum is discharged shall be divided into successive periods, each of which (other than the first) shall start on the last day of the preceding such period (which shall be a Business Day) and the duration of each of which shall (except as otherwise provided in this Clause 28) be selected by the Facility Agent.

Consequences of Non-Payment. If any sum due and payable by the Parent or any an Obligor under this Agreement is not paid on the due date therefor in accordance with the provisions of Clause 33 35 (Payments) or if any sum due and payable by an Obligor pursuant to a judgment of any court in connection with this Agreement is not paid on the date of such judgment, the period beginning on such due date or, as the case may be, the date of such judgment and ending on the Business Day on which the obligation of such Obligor to pay the Unpaid Sum is discharged shall be divided into successive periods, each of which (other than the first) shall start on the last day of the preceding such period (which shall be a Business Day) and the duration of each of which shall (except as otherwise provided in this Clause 2829) be selected by the Facility Agent.

If any sum due and payable by the Parent or any Obligor under this Agreement is not paid on the due date therefor in accordance with the provisions of Clause 33 32 (Payments) or if any sum due and payable by an Obligor pursuant to a judgment of any court in connection with this Agreement is not paid on the date of such judgment, the period beginning on such due date or, as the case may be, the date of such judgment and ending on the Business Day on which the obligation of such Obligor to pay the Unpaid Sum is discharged shall be divided into successive periods, each of which (other than the first) shall start on the last day of the preceding such period (which shall be a Business Day) and the duration of each of which shall (except as otherwise provided in this Clause 2827) be selected by the Facility Agent.

If any sum due and payable by the Parent or any Obligor under this Agreement is not paid on the due date therefor in accordance with the provisions of Clause 33 29 (Payments) or if any sum due and payable by an any Obligor pursuant to a judgment of any court in connection with this Agreement is not paid on the date of such judgment, the period beginning on such due date or, as the case may be, the date of such judgment and ending on the Business Day on which the obligation of such an Obligor to pay the Unpaid Sum is discharged shall be divided into successive periods, each of which (other than the first) shall start on the last day of the preceding such period (which shall be a Business Day) and the duration of each of which shall (except as otherwise provided in this Clause 2824 (Default Interest)) be selected by the Facility Agent.

If any sum due and payable by the Parent Cableco or any Obligor under this Agreement is not paid on the due date therefor in accordance with the provisions of Clause 33 34 (Payments) or if any sum due and payable by an Obligor pursuant to a judgment of any court in connection with this Agreement is not paid on the date of such judgment, the period beginning on such due date or, as the case may be, the date of such judgment and ending on the Business Day on which the obligation of such Obligor to pay the Unpaid Sum is discharged shall be divided into successive periods, each of which (other than the first) shall start on the last day of the preceding such period (which shall be a Business Day) and the duration of each of which shall (except as otherwise provided in this Clause 2829) be selected by the Facility Agent.
