Common use of Consequences of the termination of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Consequences of the termination of the Contract. 11.1 Upon the termination of this Contract pursuant to any reason or cause, the End User shall immediately cease to use RCS in any way and the End User shall immediately remove, de-install, cancel and delete RCS from any EDP, floppy disk, networks, or any other electronic support shall destroy all copies of RCS, providing to HT a written certification of such destruction.
