Consequences of the termination of the Contract. 11.1 Upon the termination of this Contract pursuant to any reason or cause, the End User shall immediately cease to use REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM in any way and the End User shall immediately remove, de-install, cancel and delete REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM from any EDP, floppy disk, networks, or any other electronic support shall destroy all copies of REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM, providing to HT a written certification of such destruction.
