Consequences of Violation of Policy. 1. Failure to abide by the terms of this policy shall be grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination. 2. In addition to any disciplinary action, an employee who fails to abide by this policy may also be directed or allowed to satisfactorily participate in an approved alcohol or substance abuse assistance or rehabilitation program.
