Conservation Measures Framework. A Post-Settlement Alignment is likely to be located in part in the San Mateo Creek watershed and impact the ecological and recreational values of the affected habitat in the watershed. This watershed has also been the primary focus of SSOC’s longstanding efforts to protect recreational and natural resources. It is the Parties’ intent to establish a framework, as described in this Section, for developing a habitat resources plan with a priority for potential land acquisitions and habitat restoration projects primarily within the San Mateo Creek Watershed. Nothing in this Agreement limits TCA’s obligation to comply with CEQA in connection with determining whether to approve or disapprove Conservation Measures as defined herein. The Parties agree as follows:
