Common use of Consideration and Revocation Clause in Contracts

Consideration and Revocation. Executive is receiving this Agreement on December 1, 2020, and Executive shall be given at least forty-five (45) days from receipt of this Agreement to consider whether to sign the Agreement. Executive agrees that changes or modifications to this Agreement do not restart or otherwise extend the above forty-five (45) day period. Moreover, Executive shall have seven (7) days following execution to revoke this Agreement in writing to Rxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and the Agreement shall not take effect until those seven (7) days have ended.
