Consistent with Cincinnati Opera’s obligation to provide each Artist with all costumes, wigs, tee shirts, shoes, etc. required for their performance, where “concert dress” or other non-costume attire is required for a performance (e.g. a concert in the park), notice of the require dress will be provided as far in advance as possible. If Cincinnati Opera chooses to provide the required attire, they will do so in sufficient numbers (e.g. multiple branded polo shirts) to account for weather, laundering, Artists’ schedules, etc. In the event that Artists are required to supply their own concert dress, Cincinnati Opera will provide Artists with a reimbursement of $25 for the cost of laundering their attire. In the event the cost of laundering costs more than $25, artist will be reimbursed for costs over $25 after providing a receipt for cleaning fee. If there are multiple performances in a week (e.g. Summer at Summit), company and AGMA will meet and confer to determine the cleaning fees to be paid to ARTIST.
