FEES TO BE PAID. 6.1 In connection with the development of the Developer shall pay to the City fees, in such amounts and at such times, as set forth below:
I. Water Development Fee, $ 1,500 per lot $ 109,500 II. Sewer Development Fee, $ 1,500 per lot $ 109,500 Consideration for cost of sewer pump station upgrades and installation of 6” force main.** $ (54,750)
FEES TO BE PAID. 6.1 In connection with the development of Barret Oaks Subdivision the Developer shall pay to the City fees, in such amounts and at such times, as set forth below:
I. Water Development Fee, $ 200.00 per lot $ 9,800.00 II. Sewer Development Fee, $ 500.00 per lot $ 24,500.00 III. Water Tap Fee 1”, $500.00 plus the meter cost per lot $ By builder IV. Sewer Connection Fee, $500 per lot $ By builder V. Subdivision Inspection Fee, $300 per lot $ 14,700.00 TOTAL DUE: $ 49,000.00 *NOTE: SEPARATE CHECKS ARE REQUIRED FOR EACH FEE. If Subdivision construction is not completed within one (1) year from the date of execution of this Agreement and the fee structure of the City has been amended, the Developer shall be responsible for the payment of fees pursuant to the amended fee structure of the City.
FEES TO BE PAID. If during the Initial Term of the Agreement, any extension thereof, or for a period of two years following the termination of the Agreement (including any extension thereof) the Company shall consummate a Business Combination with any person or entity directly or indirectly introduced to the Company by the Consultant, the Consultant shall be entitled to and the Company shall pay the Consultant additional compensation (the "Additional Fees"), calculated as follows:
(i) 5% of the 1st $1,000,000 (or part thereof)of the consideration paid;
(ii) 4% of the 2nd 1,000,000 (or part thereof) of the consideration paid; plus
(iii) 3% of the 3rd, $1,000,000 (or part thereof) of the consideration paid; plus
(iv) 2% of the 4th $1,000,000 (or part thereof) of the consideration paid; plus
(v) 1% of all the consideration paid in excess of $5,000,000. The Additional Fees are payable upon the closing of the Business Combination contemplated hereby in the same form as the consideration received (or paid) by the Company whether such Business Combination is effected as a merger, share exchange, asset purchase or otherwise. For purposes of this Schedule B, the term "consideration" means an amount equal to the sum of the aggregate fair market value of any securities issued and any other non-cash consideration delivered (including, without limitation, any joint venture interest delivered to, or retained by the Company), and any cash consideration paid, to the Company or its security Warrant Holders in connection with a Business Combination and the amount of all indebtedness for money borrowed of the Company (other than indebtedness only associated with the seasonal working capital needs of the Company), which is assumed or acquired directly or indirectly by a purchaser in connection with such Business Combination. The fair market value of any securities issued and any other non-cash consideration delivered or retained in connection with a Business Combination will be the value determined by the Company and Consultant upon the closing of the Business Combination.
FEES TO BE PAID. 6.1 In connection with the development of the Jack’s Site Plan, the Developer shall pay to the City fees, in such amounts and at such times, as set forth below:
I. Sewer Development Fee, greater of $1,250 per acre or $500.00 Per connection. $1,250.00 x 0.952 acres $ 1,190.00
II. Water Development Fee, two taps, domestic and irrigation 2 @ $ 200.00 $ 400.00 II. Sewer Tap Fee $500.00 $ 500.00 III.. Water Connection Fee, 2 @ $500.00 plus the cost of a two 1” meters @ $290.00 $ 1,580.00

FEES TO BE PAID. 6.1 In connection with the development of Lot 2 of the subdivision known as CBTN Millington Subdivision, the Developer shall pay to the City fees, in such amounts and at such times, as set forth below:
I. Water Development Fee, $3,000/acre $ 3,030 II. Sewer Development Fee, $3,000/acre $ 3,030
FEES TO BE PAID. For items 1 through 3 of the Scope of Services, the Engineer shall be paid a lump sum fee of One Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($152,300.00). For item 4 of the Scope of Services, the Engineer shall be paid a lump sum fee of Thirty Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty Five Dollars ($34,155.00). For Additional Services, the Engineer shall be paid an hourly fee based upon the attached Rate Schedule. See Exhibit “C”. In addition to the fees specified above, the Engineer shall be reimbursed for direct non-salary expenses (multiplied by a factor of 1.1), including and limited to automobile travel at $0.67 per mile (outside a 50- mile radius of our office), commercial air travel, subsistence, final printing, and reproduction (beyond three (3) sets of documents for signing and sealing), plus Florida taxes, if applicable. Invoices for services rendered shall be in accordance with the Architect’s Contract and reflected in the following schedule. FEES TO BE PAID. 6.1 In connection with the development of the Margaritas Site Plan, the Developer shall pay to the City fees, in such amounts and at such times, as set forth below:
I. Water Development Fee, the greater of $3,000.00 per acre or $1,250.00 per water connection. (In North Fork Area) 1.26 ac. x $3,000.00 = $ 3,780.00
II. Sewer Development Fee, the greater of $3,000 per acre or $1,250.00 per sewer Connection. (In North Fork Area) 1.26 ac x $3,000.00= $ 3,780.00 plus ($5.00 per lineal foot of frontage 250’ longest frontage or 1,250)= $ 5,030.00
III. Water Tap Fee $500.00 (*) plus actual cost of installation by City at time of construction $ 500.00 (*) V. Sewer Connection Fee $ 500.00
