Consistent. with other provisions of this Agreement, full-time academic employees shall be eligible to advance one (1) additional level between Level 1 to Level 8 on the current salary schedule upon the completion of an additional Master’s degree, a PhD degree and/or other professional degree, such as a law degree and EdD. Such advancement shall take place the fall quarter following the awarding of such a degree and contingent upon legislative funding and/or authorization.
