Consolidated Net Earnings. Permit Consolidated Net Earnings to be less than 0 for any two consecutive fiscal years of ETC; provided, that any write-off by ETC of all or a portion of the Telesystems Account, up to a maximum aggregate amount of $1,200,00, shall not be included in calculating Consolidated Net Earnings; provided further, that if ETC collects any portion of the Telesystems Account so written off, such collection shall not be included in calculating Consolidated Net Earnings.
