Consolidation or Annexation of District. Should the District be consolidated or annexed by a surrounding or neighboring school district, that school district shall continue to honor the terms and conditions of this Agreement while it is still in effect, providing that the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement of the successor district shall prevail in all cases where such provisions are more favorable to employees.
