Construction and Demolition. Contractor must contact a customer service representative (CSR) at Oakley Disposal Service, Inc. to arrange for service for any and all construction and demolition work to be performed as part of this project unless Contractor has been approved by the City as a “self-hauler” as defined in Oakley Municipal Code §4.20.
