ENFORCEMENT BY COUNTY. The burden of enforcement of the provisions of this Agreement, the applicable Sections of the Plumas County Code found in Title 6, Chapter 10, the California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989, and all other pertinent local, State and federal laws pertaining to the Plumas County Solid Waste Program shall be borne by County as follows:

ENFORCEMENT BY COUNTY. All remedies herein expressly provided for shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of any other remedies now or hereafter existing at law or in equity. The exercise of one remedy under this Security Agreement shall not foreclose the use of another.

ENFORCEMENT BY COUNTY. If Borrower fails to perform any obligation under this Agreement, and fails to cure the default within thirty (30) days after County has notified Borrower in writing of the default or, if the default cannot be cured within thirty (30) days, failed to commence to cure within thirty (30) days and thereafter diligently pursue such cure and complete such cure within ninety (90) days, County shall have the right to enforce this Agreement by any or all of the following actions, or any other remedy provided by law:

  • Enforcement of Agreement The Parties hereto agree that irreparable damage would occur in the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement was not performed in accordance with its specific terms or was otherwise breached. It is accordingly agreed that the Parties shall be entitled to an injunction or injunctions to prevent breaches of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof in any court of the United States or any state having jurisdiction, this being in addition to any other remedy to which they are entitled at law or in equity.
