Common use of Construction and Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Construction and Enforcement. The Company agrees that it will not assert against any limited partner of any Investor, in such person's role as a limited partner, any claim it may have under this Agreement by reason of any failure or alleged failure by any Investor to meet its obligations hereunder.
