CONSTRUCTION AND/OR ALTERATION BY TENANT. TENANT shall not perform any construction upon the Leased Premises nor shall TENANT modify, alter, or remove any permanent improvements lying within the Leased Premises without prior written approval of COUNTY. Any construction, modifications, alterations or removal of any permanent improvements by TENANT shall be at the TENANT’s expense.
