Trailers and Modular Structures. All improvements constructed by TENANT shall be of a permanent nature. Trailers and modular buildings are prohibited on the Leased Premises. This provision shall not apply to the use of COUNTY approved temporary modular buildings, barricades or trailers during construction. Upon completion of construction, all trailers, barricades or modular buildings must be immediately removed from the Leased Premises.

This provision shall not apply to the use of COUNTY approved temporary modulars or trailers during construction.
