Common use of Construction Budget and Project Schedule Clause in Contracts

Construction Budget and Project Schedule. (A) Construction Budgets for the Sapphire RNG Project, (B) the Project Schedule for the Sapphire RNG Project, and (C) sources and uses of funds demonstrating that the Loans and available Commitments, together with the equity contributions required to be made in connection with the Sapphire RNG Project, equal or exceed the anticipated Project Costs as set forth in the Base Case Projections, in each case, in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in consultant with the Independent Engineer;
