Common use of Construction by Developer Clause in Contracts

Construction by Developer. The Developer shall construct, complete and finish the Said Flat And Appurtenances in accordance with the Sanctioned Plans or as may be recommended by the Architect, as per the Specifications described in the 4th Schedule below. The decision of the Architect in all regards including quality and workmanship shall be final and binding on the Parties.

Construction by Developer. The Developer shall construct, complete and finish the Said Flat And Property and Appurtenances in accordance with the Sanctioned Plans or as may be recommended by Architect or such other Architects as may be appointed by the Architect, as per the Specifications described Developer from time to time xxxxx specification mentioned in the 4th Fourth Schedule below. The decision of the Architect in all regards including of the Developer, regarding quality and workmanship shall be final and binding on the Parties.

The decision of the Architect in all regards including quality and workmanship shall be final and binding on the Parties.

The decision of the Architect in all regards including quality and workmanship shall be final and binding on the Parties.

The Developer shall construct, complete and finish the Said Flat Unit And Appurtenances in accordance with the Sanctioned Plans or as may be recommended by the Architect/s (Architect), as per the Specifications described in the 4th Schedule below. The decision of the Architect in all regards including quality and workmanship shall be final and binding on the Parties.
