No Hindrance. The Buyer shall not do any act, deed or thing whereby the construction of the Said Flat And Appurtenances and/or the Said Complex is in any way hindered or impeded.
No Hindrance. The Employer shall not hinder or restrict the grievor or the representative in any manner which shall impede the investigation or processing of a grievance. No member of the Union shall abuse such rights.
No Hindrance. The Buyer shall not do any act, deed or thing whereby the construction/developmental work of the Said Flat And Appurtenances and/or the Said Building and/or the Said Cluster and/or the Said Complex and/or the Other Siddha Projects is in any way hindered or impeded. The Buyer hereby accepts the above and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
No Hindrance. Each Party covenants and agrees that, until the earlier of the Closing and the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article X, it will not take any action that would or would reasonably be expected to hinder, prevent, delay or interfere with, in any manner, the Closing and the consummation of the Transactions.
No Hindrance. Party B and Party C shall render Party A all necessary assistance in exercising the Pledge, and shall not hinder Party A’s exercise thereof hereunder.
No Hindrance. The Subordinated Agent, for itself and on behalf of the other Subordinated Claimholder, hereby:
(1) agrees that the Subordinated Agent and the other Subordinated Claimholders will not take any action, other than as expressly permitted under this Agreement, that would restrain, hinder, limit, delay, or otherwise interfere with the Exercise of Secured Creditor Remedies by any Senior Agent or any other Senior Claimholder, or any action that is otherwise prohibited hereunder;
(2) waives any and all rights the Subordinated Agent or any other Subordinated Claimholder may have as a junior lien creditor to object to the manner in which any Senior Agent or any of the other Senior Claimholders seeks to enforce or collect the Senior Obligations or the Liens securing the Senior Obligations granted in any of the Collateral undertaken in good faith in accordance with this Agreement, regardless of whether any action or failure to act by or on behalf of any Senior Agent or any other Senior Claimholder is adverse to the interest of the Subordinated Agent or any other Subordinated Claimholder; and
(3) acknowledges and agrees that, as between the Subordinated Claimholders and the Senior Claimholders, no covenant, agreement or restriction contained in the Subordinated Loan Documents (other than this Agreement) shall be deemed to restrict in any way the rights and remedies of the Senior Agents or the other Senior Claimholders with respect to the Collateral as set forth in this Agreement and the Senior Loan Documents, but the foregoing shall not be deemed to waive any claim or right that the Subordinated Agent or any other Subordinated Claimholder may have against any Obligor.
No Hindrance. None of the Obligors has any intent to hinder, delay or defraud any entity to which it is or will become indebted.
No Hindrance. The “licensee” acknowledges the right owned by the “Licensor” to the “Licensed Trademark” and “Trademark to be licensed”, besides the warranty listed in 2.4, the “licensee” shall not undertake or promote any action that will hinder the right of the “Licensed Trademark” and “Trademark to be licensed”. The “licensee” shall not state to third party that it has any right on the “Licensed Trademark” and “Trademark to be licensed”. The “licensee” acknowledges that the anticipated use of the “Licensed Trademark” and “Trademark to be licensed” will not create any ownership related to the goodwill of the “Licensed Trademark” and “Trademark to be licensed” for the “licensee”. All the use of this kind shall benefit the exclusive right of the “Licensor” as the owner of the “Licensed Trademark” and “Trademark to be licensed”.
No Hindrance. The Buyers shall not do any act, deed or thing whereby the construction/development work of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances and/or the Said Block and/or Said Complex is in any way hindered or impeded. The Buyers hereby accept the above and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
No Hindrance. None of the parties will take any action than can reasonably be expected to hinder or prevent the consummation of the transactions described herein.
