Construction Companies. The requirements for the INL Workplace Substance Abuse Program are incorporated in the Operating Contractor’s terms and conditions for all subcontractors. Construction Companies will use the Operating Contractor’s Occupational Medical Program (OMP) to implement the urine collection\testing requirements of this policy. If applicable, subcontractors must comply with the criteria outlined in 10 CFR 707 and DOT 49 CFR 40 and 49 CFR 382.
