Construction Compliance. 5.5.1 Once the requirements of section 5.3 have been met in relation to proposed Improvements, the Lessee will ensure that such Improvements are [OPTIONAL – the Locatee to determine if there should be a time element to completing construction, such as: promptly] constructed in a proper and workmanlike manner in accordance with: 5.5.1.1 applicable Codes, Laws, building permits, approvals, and authorizations; 5.5.1.2 any applicable Development Plan and Construction and Environmental Management Plan; and 5.5.1.3 the terms and conditions, including all mitigation measures, timelines, and monitoring, required by an applicable determination made under an Environmental Review.
