Construction Contract General Conditions. A copy of the General Conditions to the Construction Contract is attached hereto as Exhibit E and is incorporated herein by reference. If the Design Professional is authorized by the Owner to perform Construction Contract Administration, the Design Professional shall perform all of the duties of the Design Professional called for in the General Conditions in addition to the duties called for in this Contract. Specific attention is directed to the definitions and concepts of Material Completion and Final Completion as defined in Section 6 of the General Conditions, as they differ substantively from the common concepts of substantial completion. The General Conditions, including all definitions, are expressly adopted and incorporated into this Contract.
