Construction Contract General Conditions. A copy of the General Conditions to the Construction Contract may be obtained from the Owner and is incorporated herein by reference. If the Design Professional is authorized by the Owner to perform Construction Contract Administration, the Design Professional shall perform all of the duties of the Design Professional called for in the General Conditions in addition to the duties called for in this Contract. The General Conditions, including all definitions, are expressly adopted and incorporated into this Contract.
