Construction Contractor. expressly acknowledges and agrees that it is responsible for complying with all rules and regulations of the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Act. Further, Construction Contractor shall comply with any rules or regulations implemented by Owner in order to comply with the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Act.
