Construction Documents Approval Sample Clauses
The Construction Documents Approval clause establishes the requirement for formal review and acceptance of all construction-related documents by a designated party, typically the project owner or architect, before any work proceeds. In practice, this means that drawings, specifications, and other technical documents must be submitted for approval, and any revisions or updates must also receive consent before implementation. This process ensures that all parties are aligned on the project's scope and details, minimizing misunderstandings and reducing the risk of costly errors or rework during construction.
