The Design Professional shall, on the Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule, show the progress to date, confirm the remainder of the design schedule, and update the projected construction schedule. The Design Professional shall meet with the Owner and Using Agency for the purpose of presenting and reviewing the Construction Documents including the updated schedule and a final Statement of Probable Construction Cost. The Design Professional shall obtain the written approval of the Owner of the Construction Documents before proceeding with the next phase.
