Common use of Construction Drawings and Related Documents Clause in Contracts

Construction Drawings and Related Documents. Developer shall prepare and submit construction drawings and related documents (collectively called the “Plans”) to the County for review (including but not limited to architectural review), and written approval in the times established in the Schedule of Performance. Such construction drawings and related documents shall be submitted as 50% and Final Construction Drawings. Final Construction Drawings are hereby defined as those in sufficient detail to obtain a building permit.
