Common use of Construction Engineering Costs Clause in Contracts

Construction Engineering Costs. The City will pay a construction engineering charge equal to 8 percent of the total City participation construction covered under this Agreement.

Construction Engineering Costs. The City and County will pay a construction engineering charge equal to 8 percent of the total City or County participation construction covered under this Agreement.

Construction Engineering Costs. The City and County will pay a construction engineering charge equal to 8 percent of the their respective total City participation construction covered under this Agreement.

Construction Engineering Costs. The City will shall pay a construction engineering charge in an amount equal to 5 percent of the cost of the City water main and sanitary sewer participation construction covered under this Agreement. Except for the City participation construction covered under the previous paragraph, the City shall pay a construction engineering charge in an amount equal to 8 percent of the total cost of all City participation construction covered under this Agreement.
