Basis of County Cost. 5.1. Schedule "I". The Preliminary Schedule "I" includes anticipated County participation construction items and the construction engineering cost share covered under this Agreement and is based on engineer's estimated unit prices.
Basis of County Cost. The County’s payment to the City for routine maintenance will be based on the length of two-lane mile roadway times the dollar value to be paid per two-lane mile per City fiscal year. Fractional miles (to the hundredth of a mile) will be used in computing the amounts payable under this Agreement.
