Common use of Construction Management Clause in Contracts

Construction Management. Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to two and one-half percent (2.5%) of the Total Construction Costs.

Construction Management. Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Tenant’s Work and coordinate the relationship between the Tenant’s Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to two and one-half percent (2.5%) of the Total Construction Costs$30,000.

In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to two and one-half percent (2.5%) $.20 per rentable square foot of the Total Construction CostsPremises.

In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to two one and one-one half percent (2.51.5%) of the hard costs portion of Total Construction Costs, not to exceed $10,000.00. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Landlord shall have no liability with respect to the performance of the Work.
