Construction Management. Landlord or its affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Base Building Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to one and one half percent (1.5%) of the hard costs portion of Total Construction Costs, not to exceed $10,000.00.
