Construction Administrator • Senior Construction Administrator Duties and responsibilities within the Construction Management job category include, but are not limited to: Coordinate project communication between the contractor and the Architect- Engineer (A-E); Assure that contractors adhere to all project site safety requirements, and that proper inspections, observations and reporting in that regard are adhered to; coordinate the Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) requirements, including testing and inspection requirements, and development of the Special Inspection & Testing schedule; coordinate regulatory and QA inspections with JWA Inspectors and outsourced QA personnel, and provide assistance as needed to JWA Inspectors; review, analyze, and track project schedule, and monitor potential delays; assist the project administrator and/or COUNTY assigned Project Manager with the review of change orders for technical merit, and coordinate contractors’ change order processing, and collaborate with other project team members on the proper execution of all necessary steps for concluding change orders; review and process contractors’ progress payment requests via Unifier or other Airport designated system, assuring that all work-in-place and billed quantities are verified for accuracy and billability; assure that contractors adhere to all environmental compliance matters, in accordance with projects’ contractual and technical requirements; attend projects’ regularly-scheduled progress meetings; coordinate projects’ submittal processes, reviews, and transmittals; coordinate projects’ Request for Information (RFI) processes, reviews, and transmittals; assure that As-Built and Record Drawings are properly coordinated, maintained and well- documented throughout the construction phase; write project status reports on a variety of issues for JWA management’s information and consideration, and attend meetings as necessary to present projects’ progress status and other reportable conditions; coordinate projects’ close-out phase, including scheduling and attendance at the punch list and final job walks, monitoring and assuring the execution of the punch list process, and securing of close- out documents including warrantees, guaranties, and Operations & Maintenance Manuals; and other Construction Management - related duties and responsibilities as required by project conditions, and as assigned by the Facilities Development Division Deputy Airport Director and/or Airport Engineering Section Manager.

Construction Administrator • Senior Construction Administrator Duties Under the direction of the Kvaerner Project Manager, the facility will be constructed by appropriate Subcontractors hired by ImClone and responsibilities within the managed by Kvaerner Construction Management job category include(CM) personnel. A representative of the Kvaerner Construction Group will be integrated into the Project Staff during Preliminary Engineering Design to review the design development for constructability. In addition, but are not limited to: Coordinate project communication between the contractor Kvaerner Resident Construction Manager and the Architect- Engineer (Adiscipline-E); Assure that contractors adhere specific Construction Supervisors from the Launch Facility Project will also be integrated into the Project Staff during the Detail Engineering Design Phase to all project site safety requirements, further review and that proper inspections, observations confirm the Facility's constructability and reporting in that regard are adhered to; coordinate incorporate "lessons-learned" criteria resulting from the Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) requirements, including testing and inspection requirements, and development construction of the Special Inspection & Testing Launch Facility Project. The Resident Construction Manager and the discipline-specific Construction Supervisors, will transition to the Site as required to support the Subcontract Plan. The CM staff will closely coordinate with ImClone and will copy all correspondence to ImClone. Procurement and construction will be performed simultaneously during Detail Engineering Design to facilitate and expedite the "Mechanical Completion" of the Project as required by the approved schedule; coordinate regulatory and QA inspections with JWA Inspectors and outsourced QA personnel. Turnover Systems will be defined by Kvaerner and approved by ImClone during Preliminary Engineering for all validated and non-validated mechanical systems; building systems and spaces; and site/infrastructure areas. Kvaerner will prepare a "Turnover System" book for each system, sub-system or room, which defines the limits of such and documents the completion, testing, etc. of the system. Upon each system's mechanical completion, Kvaerner will present to ImClone it's "Turnover System" book for audit and signature, indicating ImClone's acceptance of the system for care, control and custody. Each system's turnover to ImClone initiates the ImClone subcontractor's and Kvaerner's Warranty Period for each accepted system. ImClone's acceptance of the last, planned Turnover System achieves the targeted project "Mechanical Completion" and is the basis for the evaluation of the Earned Fee. All Subcontractor submittals and RFIs (requests for technical meritinformation) are to be received, and coordinate contractors’ change order processing, and collaborate with other project team members on the proper execution of all necessary steps for concluding change orders; review and process contractors’ progress payment requests via Unifier or other Airport designated system, assuring that all work-in-place and billed quantities are verified for accuracy and billability; assure that contractors adhere to all environmental compliance matters, in accordance with projects’ contractual and technical requirements; attend projects’ regularly-scheduled progress meetings; coordinate projects’ submittal processes, reviews, and transmittals; coordinate projects’ Request for Information (RFI) processes, reviews, and transmittals; assure that As-Built and Record Drawings are properly coordinatedrecorded, maintained and well- documented throughout the construction phase; write project status reports on a variety of issues for JWA management’s information and consideration, and attend meetings as necessary to present projects’ progress status and other reportable conditions; coordinate projects’ close-out phase, including scheduling and attendance at the punch list and final job walks, monitoring and assuring the execution of the punch list process, and securing of close- out documents including warrantees, guaranties, and Operations & Maintenance Manuals; and other Construction Management - related duties and responsibilities as required by project conditions, and as assigned resolved by the Facilities Development Division Deputy Airport Director and/or Airport Engineering Section Kvaerner Resident Construction Manager, Construction Engineer and the discipline-specific Construction Supervisors separately. All Submittal Log Books and RFI Log Books are to be retained for turnover to ImClone within three (3) weeks after "Mechanical Completion".
