CONSTRUCTION MANAGER OBLIGATION. The Office of Economic Opportunity goal shall be as outlined in 18.D. for the current term of this Contract, which will be monitored throughout the life of this contract. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall submit the following forms: a completed OEO FORM 1 for each project within 48 hours of contract activation and a completed OEO FORM 5 with each pay request.
